The QS3125 is designed as high speed CMOS quadruple bus switches with individual active low enables which provide a set of four high-speed low resistance CMOS switches connecting inputs to outputs without propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. Its typical applications include hot-docking, hot-swapping, voltage translation, power conservation, capacitance reduction and isolation, logic replacement, clock gating and bus isolation.
QS3125 has many features. The first one is enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc. The second one is pin compatible with the 74'125 function. The third one is it would be available in COIC (S1) one is it would use the low power , QSOP. The fourth one is undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs. The fifth one is zero propagation delay, zeri added ground bounce. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of QS3125 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage to ground which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V.
