The QS316212 is designed as high speed CMOS 24-bit bus exchange switch which provide a set of twenty-four high speed CMOS, TTL compatible bus exchange switches. Typical applications include resource sharing, crossbar switching, hot-docking and voltage translation.
QS316212 has many features. The first one is enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc. The second one is 5 bidirectional switches connect inputs to outputs. The third one is zero proagation delay, zero ground bounce. The fourth one is TTL cpmpatible input and output levels. The fifth one is undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs. The sixth one is it would be available in 56-pin SSOP and TSSOP. That are all the main features.
