The Q14000B is designed as BiCMOS logic arrays which series is comprised of five products with densities of 2160, 5760, 9072, 13440 and 27520 equivalent gates. Its series is optimized to provide CMOS densities with bipolar performance for today's sophisticated semicustom applications.

The Q14000B has many features. The first one is mixed 1.5 micron CMOS / 1.5 micron bipolar technology. The next one is equivalent speeds of first generation ECL which would be 0.5ns gates delays. The next one is it would have extremely low power. The next one is it would have high density which would be up to 27520 usable gates. The next one is it would have low interconnect delay penalty which would be 25 ps/fanout. The next one is speed/power programmable I/O macros. The nex one is 10K ECL, 100K ECL, CMOS, TTL or mixed CMOS/ECL/TTL. The next one is operation from -55°C ambient to +125°C case. The next one is performance specified to Tj = 130°C commercial, 150°C military. The next one is it would have high output drive capability which would be 48mA. That are all the features.
