PVA3054

The PVA3054 is designed as one kind of Single-Pole, 40mA, 0-300V AC/DC Relay (PVA) that can be used for general purpose switching of analog signals. And this device utilizes as an output switch a unique bidirectional (AC or DC) MOSFET power IC termed a BOSFET.
