The PIC16F73-I/SP4AP is one member of the PIC16F73 family which is designed as the 28/40-pin, enhanced flash-based 8-bit CMOS microcontroller. This device has a 13-bit program counter capable of addressing a 8K x 14 (0000h-1FFFh) for the program memory space. The Reset vector is at 0000h and the interrupt vector is at 0004h.
