Description

The PIC16F684-I/SL is one member of the PIC16F684 family which is designed as the 14-pin flash-based, 8-bit CMOS Microcontroller that is available in 14-pin PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. This device has two timers that offer necessary delays on power-up. One is the Oscillator Start-up Timer (OST), and the other is the Power-up Timer (PWRT).
