DescriptionThe PI5A4624/PI5A4625 is an improved, direct replacement for theMAX4624/MAX4625 single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analogswitch. Improved specifications include a low maximum On-resistancef 1-ohm and fast switching times (tON = 50ns max., tOFF = 50max.) with 5V supply operation. With a 2.5V supply, resistance is alow 4-ohm max.
Specifications are given for 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V power supplyoperation. Operating voltage range is +1.8V to +5.5V.To minimize PC board area use, the PI5A4624/ PI5A4625 is available n a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package.
