Description

The PE42672 is a highly integrated high-isolation Switch designed for GSM/EDGE/PCS/DCS/WCDMA handset applications, covering a broad frequency range from 100 MHz to 3 GHz. This single-supply SP7T switch integrates a three-pin CMOS control interface. PE42672 also provides low insertion loss with extremely low bias requirements while operating on a single 2.75-volt supply. It is offered in DIE form.Peregrines HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance.
