PE42 series

PE42 series is a tpye of 4bit programmable delay line which has four unique features: The first one is inherent delay which is 6 ns typical. The second one is 32 pin DIP package. The third one is ECL input and output level. The forth one is fan-out 70 ECL capability.

There are some recommended operating conditions about PE42 series. Supply voltage(VEE) is -5.2 V typ. Ground(Vcc) is 0 V typ. Operating free-air temperature(Ta) is -30 Vmin, +25 V typ and +85 V max. High-level input voltage(VIH) is -0.98 V min.Low-level input voltage(VIL) is -1.63 V max. DC electrical characteristics(25): High-level output voltage(VOH) is -0.96 V min when Vin is the maximum value. Low-level output voltage(Vol) is -1.65 V max when Vin is the minimum value. The high-level input current(IIH) is 265 uA max when Vin is the maximum value.Low-level input current(IIL) is 0.5 uA min when Vin is the minimum vlaue of Vil. SUpply current(Iee) is 150 mA max when Vin is open.Input pulse test conditions:Pulse voltage(Ein) is 1 V typ(-0.75 V to -1.75 V). Pulse risetime(TRI) is 2.0 ns max. Pulse width of total delay(TW) is 40% min and 100% typ. DUty cycle(d) is 50% max.
