The mPD78P058F is a member of the mPD78058F Subseries of the 78K/0 Series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the mPD78058F is replaced with one-time programmable (OTP) ROM.
Because PD78P058F can be programmed by users, it is suited for applications involving the small-scale production of many different products, and for rapid development and time-to-market of new products.
