PCD3344A

The PCD3344A is designed as one kind of 8-bit telecom microcontroller device with DTMF generator that provides up to 2 kbytes of program memory of PCD3344A and up to 224 bytes of RAM. All devices include flexible I/O ports, an 8-bit programmable timer / event counter and a choice of single-level vectored interrupts. And the instruction set is based on that of the well-know MAB8048.
