The PCD3310 and PCD3310A are single-chip silicon gate CMOS integrated circuits. They are dual-standard diallers for pulse or dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) dialling, wit on-chip oscillators suitable for use with 3.58 MHz crystals. Input data is derived from any standard matrix keyboard for dialling in either the pulse or DTMF mode.
Numbers up to 23 digits PCD3310 can be retained in RAM for dialling/redialling.
