PACDN042

The PACDN042 is designed as one kind of transient voltage suppressors / ESD protector that is available with lead-free finishing. And this device is designed and characterized to dissipate safely ESD strikes that exceed IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard Level 4. Also PACDN042 can be used in (1)ESD protection of PC ports, including USB ports, serial ports, parallel ports, IEEE1394 ports, docking ports, proprietary ports, etc.; (2)Protection of interface ports or IC pins which are exposed to high ESD levels applications.

Features of the PACDN042 are:(1)Two, three, four, five, or six transient voltage suppressors; (2)Compact SMT package saves board space and facilitates layout in space-critical applications; (3)In-system ESD protection to 20kV contact discharge, per the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard; (4)Lead-free versions available.
