PACDN016

The PACDN016 is designed as one kind of 6 channel ESD protection array device that is also suitable for protecting video output lines and I/O ports in computers and peripheral equipment. And PACDN016 can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)I/O port protection for cellular phones, notebook computers, PDAs, etc; (2)ESD protection for VGA (Video) port in PC.s or Notebook computers; (3)ESD protection for sensitive electronic equipment.

Features of the PACDN016 are:(1)Six channels of ESD protection; (2)Integral Zener diode clamp to suppress supply rail transient; (3)15KV ESD protection (HBM); (4)8KV contact, 15KV air ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2; (5)Low loading capacitance, 3pF typ; (6)Miniature 8-pin MSOP or SOIC package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the PACDN016 can be summarized as:(1)Operating Supply Voltage (VP-VN): 5.5 V;(2)Supply Current @ VP-VN = 5.5V: 20 A;(3)Diode Forward Voltage, IF = 20mA, T = 25°C: 0.65 V to 0.95 V;(4)Zener clamp reverse breakdown voltage @ 1mA, T = 25°C: 6.6 V;(5)Channel Leakage Current, T = 25°C: ±0.1A to ±1.0 A.
