Description

      The OVSRRGBBC9 is a compact full-color (RGB) right-angle surface mount LED with 120°viewing angle.The device can be used in smaller boards with a higher packing density which reduces storage space and makes it practical for use in miniature and portable applications.So it is ideal for automotive backlighting for dashboard and switches),telecommunications(backlighting for telephones and fax) and flat backlighting for LCDs,switch and symbols.
      The OVSRRGBBC9 has three features.The first one is full-color type.The second one is that it is compatible with automatic placement equipment.The third one is that it is compatible with infrared and vapor phase reflow solder process.
      The OVSRRGBBC9 has some absolute maximum ratings at TA=25(on metal core PCB).The power dissipation is 60 mW in red and 110 mV in green/blue.The soldering temperature is +260 for 5 seconds.The peak forward current is 60 mA in red and 100 mA in green/blue when duty=1/10 at 1 KHz.The Operating temperature range is from -40 to +85.The storage temperature is from -40 to +90.The reverse voltage is 5 V.The continuous forward current is 25 mA.
