      The OVLLY8C7,which combines a high-intensity InGaN LED with a unique flat-topped T-1¾ package to provide both high brightness and a wide spatial radiation pattern,is designed for superior performance in signage and lighting applications that require wide-angle,uniform light output.
      OVLLY8C7 has three applications.The first one is channel letter and other signage backlighting.The second one is decorative architectural indoor and outdoor lighting accents.The third one is industrial and consumer indicators.The OVLLY8C7 also has some features.The first one is that the matetial of it is AllnGaP.The second one is that the emitted color of it is yellow.The third one is that its intensity Typ. mcd is 650.The last one is that its lens color is water clear .
      Some absolute maximum ratings of OVLLY8C7 have been concluded as nine points which shoule be careful that the T_A=25°C otherwise noted.The first one is that the minimum of its storage temperature range should be -40°C while the maximum shoule be +100°C .The second one is that the minimum of its operating temperature should be -40°C while the maximum is 85°C.The third one is its reverse voltage should be 5V.The fourth one is that its continuous forward current should be 30 mA.The fifth one is that its peak forward current (10% Duty Cycle, 1KHz)should be 100 mA.The sixth one is that its power dissipation should be 78 mW.The seventh one is that its lead soldering temperature (5 seconds max) should be 260°C.The eighth one is that its LED junction temperature should be 125° C.The last one is that its current linearity vs. ambient temperature should be -0.5 mA/° C.And there is a note that the solder time should be less than 5 seconds at temperature(extreme).
