The OVLKGGT6 is designed for oval green LED lamp (3mm) and for superior performance in outdoor environments. Its radiation pattern matches blue (OVLKBGT6) and red-orange (OVLKQGT6) devices in identical packages to create LED pixels for full-color video screens.Typical applications of OVLKGGT6 include variable message signs, indoor / outdoor advertising signage, traffic and highway signs and full-color video signs.
OVLKGGT6 has five features.The first one is that it would have high luminous intensity.The second one is that it would have defined spatial radiation.The third one is that it would have multiple viewing angles.The fourth one is that it would be UV-resistant epoxy.The last one is that it would have precision optical performance.That are all the features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of OVLKGGT6 Ta = 25°C unless otherwise noted have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40 to +100 °C.The second one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -30 to +80 °C.The third one is about its reverse voltage which would be 5 V.The fourth one is about its continuous forward current which would be 30 mA.The fifth one is about its peak forward current (10% Duty Cycle, 1KHz) which would be 100 mA.The sixth one is about its lead soldering temperature (5 seconds max) which would be 260°C.The last one is about its power dissipation which would be 120 mW.
