Description

The PH0104-85 is a CW power transistor.The OPB701 series consists of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon photodarlington mounted "side-by-side" on converging optical axes, in a black plastic housing. The photodarlington responds to radiation from the emitter only when a reflective object passes within its field of view.

Features of the OPB701 are:(1)photodarlington output; (2)low profile to facilitate stacking; (3)low cost plastic housing; (4)4.0 inch minimum length lead wire(OPB701).In no event shall Sensitron Semiconductor be liable for any damages that may result from an accident or any other cause during operation of the user's units according to the datasheet(s).
