OPA21

Description

The absolute maximum ratings of OPA21 are (1)low supply current 230A max at Vcc=±15V; (2)wide supply range ±2.5V to ±18V; (3)low offset voltage 100V max; (4)low offset voltage drift 1.0V/°C max.

The OPA21 is internally compensated for unity-gain stability which consumes only 6.9mW of power at Vcc =±15V and 1.1mW at VCC=±2.5V but offers far higher performance than MOS op-amps. A unique circuit design, state-of-the-art monolithic processing and advanced laser-trimming techniques are used to provide a low power amplifier with outstanding parameters-truly "instrumentation grade" performance over a wide voltage supply range.
