Description

The NTE842 is a monolithic silicon integrated circuit in a 16Lead DIP type package designed to per-form IF amplification, tuner AGC, and composite syncseparation functions in color or monochrome TV receivers.

PIN diodes NTE842 are used in the IF amplifiers for gain control, resulting in increased dynamic range and better signaltonoise ratio.
