NJU6374A

The NJU6374A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier, 3-state divider and 3-state output buffer. The oscillation amplifier incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors (Cg, Cd), therefore, NJU6374A requires no external component except quartz crystal. The 3-stage divider generates fo, fo/2, fo/4 and fo/8 and only one frequency selected by internal circuits is output. The 3-state output buffer is CMOS compatible and capable of 10 LSTTL driving. NJU6374A is suitable for the 3rd over tone and its pad location is the same as NJU6324 series.
