NJU6373A

The NJU6373A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier, 3-state divider and 3-state output buffer. The oscillation amplifier NJU6373A incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors (Cg, Cd), therefore, NJU6373A requires no external component except quartz crystal. The 3-stage divider generates fo, fo/2, fo/4 and fo/8 and only one frequency selected by internal circuits is output. The 3-state output buffer is TTL compatible and capable of 10 TTL driving. The device is suitable for the 3rd over tone and its pad location is the same as NJU6322 series.
