NJU6339A

The NJU6339A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier, 3-state divider and 3-state output buffer. The oscillation amplifier NJU6339A incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors (Cg, Cd), therefore,NJU6339A requires no external component except quartz crystal. The 3-stage divider generates fo, fo/2, fo/4 and fo/8 and only one frequency selected by internal circuits is output. The 3-state output buffer is CMOS compatible and capable of 10 LSTTL driving.
