NJU6338A

The NJU6338A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier, 3-state divider and 3-state output buffer.  The oscillation amplifier NJU6338A incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors (Cg, Cd), therefore, NJU6338A requires no external component except quartz crystal. The 3-stage divider generates fo, fo/2, fo/4 and fo/8 and only one frequency selected by internal circuits is output. The 3-state output buffer is TTL compatible and capable of 10 TTL driving.
