NJU6333A

The NJU6333A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier and a 3-state output buffer. The oscillation amplifier incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors, therefore, it requires no external component except quartz crystal. Driverbility of the 3-state output buffer is 24 mA (sink/source), thus it can drive both of TTL and CMOS load.
