NJ88C22M

The NJ88C22M is a synthesiser circuit fabricated on the GPS CMOS process and is capable of achieving high sideband attenuation and low noise performance. NJ88C22M contains a reference oscillator, 11-bit programmable reference divider, digital and sample-and-hold comparators, 10-bit programmable 'M' counter, 7-bit programmable 'A' counter, latched and buffered Band 0 and Band 1 outputs and the necessary control and latch circuitry for accepting and latching the input data.

Features of the NJ88C22M are:(1)Low Power Consumption; (2)High Performance Sample and Hold Phase Detector; (3)Serial Input with Fast Update Feature;(4)>20MHz input frequency;(5)fast lock-up time.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NJ88C22M can be summarized as:(1)Supply voltage, VDD-VSS:-0`75V to 7V; (2)Input voltage Open drain output, LD pin:Vss-0.3V to VDD+0.3V; (3)All other pins:-55 to 125; (4)Storage temperature:-65°C to +150°C (DG  package);-55°C to +125°C(DP and MP packages).
