DescriptionThe NCP345SNT1G is one member of the NCP345 family which is designed as the overvoltage protection circuit (OVP). Also this device is designed to sense an overvoltage condition and quickly disconnect the input voltage supply from the load before any damage can occur. NCP345SNT1G can be used in (1)cellular phones; (2)digital cameras; (3)portable computers and PDAs; (4)portable CD and other consumer electronics.
Features of the NCP345SNT1G are:(1)over-voltage turn-off time of less than 1 usec; (2)accurate voltage threshold of 6.85 V (nominal); (3)under-voltage lockout protection; (4)CNTRL input compatible with 1.8 V logic levels.
