The MSP3425G-QI-B8-V3 is designed as one member of the MSP 34x5G family of single-chip multistandard sound processors. This family covers the sound processing of all analog TV standards worldwide, as well as the NICAM digital sound standards. The full TV of MSP3425G-QI-B8-V3 sound processing, starting with analog sound IF signal-in, down to processed analog AF-out, is performed in a single chip.
MSP3425G-QI-B8-V3 has many features and some are listed here. (1) Standard selection with single I2c transmission. (2) Automatic standard detection of terrestrial TV standards.
