The MSM9200-xx is a dot matrix vacuum fluorescent display tube controller driver IC which displays characters, numerics and symbols.
Dot matrix vacuum fluorescent display tube of MSM9200-xx drive signals are generated by serial data sent from a microcontroller. A display system is easily realized by internal ROM and RAM for character display.
The MSM9200-xx has low power consumption because it is munufactured in CMOS process technology.
-01 and -02 are available as general codes.
Custom codes are provided if necessary.
