The MSM5416126A achieves high integration, high-speed operation, and lowpower consumption due to quadruple polysilicon double metal CMOS. The MSM5416126A has conventional two CAS type 256K × 16 DRAM compatible pinout. The MSM5416126A is available in a 40-pin plastic SOJ or 44/40-pin plastic TSOP.
