MSM5300GS

The MSM5300GS is an LCD driver LSI installed with 16-stage shift resister for driving segments.

There are some features of MSM5300GS as follows: (1)integrated 80 bit * 4 latch and shift register; (2)capable of a 16-stage dot display; (3)maximum input voltage (VDD-VEE): 25 V; (4)MSM5303: mirror type of MSM5300GS (chip form) ; (5)100 pin plastic QFP (QFP100-P-1420-K); (6)100 pin plastic QFP (QFP100-P-1420-L).

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of MSM5300GS: (1)supply voltage for the logic section at Ta=25, VDD-VSS: -0.3 to 6.0 V; (2)applied voltage for driver section Ta=25, VDD-VEE: 0 to 28 V; (3)input voltage Ta=25, VI: -0.3 to VDD+0.3 V; (4)storage temperature, Tstg: -55 to +150. Then is about the operating range: supply voltage for the logic section, VDD-VSS: 4.5 to 5.5 V; (2)applied voltage for driver section, VDD-VEE: 14 to 25 V; (3)storage temperature, Top: -20 to +75.
