There are some features of MSM5300 as follows: (1)integrated 80 bit*4 latch and shift register; (2)capable of 16-stage dot display; (3)maximum input voltage (VDD-VEE): 25 V; (4)100 pin plastic QFP (QFP100-P-1420-K); (5)100 pin plastic QFP (QFP100-P-1420-L).

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings of MSM5300: (1)supply voltage for the logic section, VDD-VSS: -0.3 to 6.0 V when Ta=25; (2)applied voltage for driver section, VDD-VEE: 0 to 28 V at Ta=25; (3)input voltage, VI: -0.3 to VDD+0.3 V at Ta=25; (4)storage temperature, Tstg: -55 to +150.
