Description

The MPC8280ZUUPEA is one member of the MPC8280 family which designed as the integrated communications processors. Features of the MPC8280ZUUPEA are:(1)dual-issue integer (G2_LE) core;(2)separate power supply for internal logic and for I/O;(3)separate PLLs for G2_LE core and for the CPM;(4)64-bit data and 32-bit address 60x bus;(5)32-bit data and 18-bit address local bus;(6)60x-to-PCI bridge;(7)PCI bridge;(8)system interface unit (SIU);(9)12-bank memory controller;(10)CPU core can be disabled and the device can be used in slave mode to an external core;(11)supports local loopback mode for diagnostics (12 Mbps only);(12)four independent endpoints support control, bulk, interrupt, and isochronous data transfers;(13)transmission convergence (TC) layer (MPC8280 only);(14)communications processor module (CPM).
