The MN5295 has high resolution, high speed, small package and the abiity to operate over extended temperature(in cluding-55 to+125). MN5295 is a type of TTL-compatible, 16-bit, DIP-package A/D converters, which guarantees 17usec maximum power consumption, and±0.003% FRS maximum integral linearity error.
