The MCM62973A is one member of the MCM62973 family which is designed as the electronic ignition control circuit, it provides an economical solution for automotive ignition applications with the help of the appropriate Motorola Power Darlington Transistor. And this device incorporates FlipChip Technology which involves the formation of solder bumps, rather than traditional wire bonds, to establish mechanical and electrical contact to the semiconductor chip.
