The MC12022TSA is designed as one kind of 1.1GHz low power dual modulus prescaler with on-chip output termination. It can be used with CMOS synthesizers requiring positive edges to trigger internal counters such as Motorola's MC145XXX series in a PLL to provide tuning signals up to 1.1GHz in programmable frequency steps. MC12022TSA is a reduced current drain version of the MC12022A/B with the addition of onchip output termination.
MC12022TSA has seven features. (1)1.1GHz toggle frequency. (2)Supply voltage of 4.5 to 5.5V. (3)Low-power 4.0mA typical. (4)Operating temperature range of would be from -40 to +85°C. (5)Short setup time (tset) would be 16ns maximum at 1.1GHz. (6)Modulus control input level is compatible with standard CMOS and TTL. (7)Output load resistor on die. Those are all the main features.
