Description

The MBRD340T4G is designed as switchmode power rectifiers for use as output rectifiers, free wheeling, protection and steering diodes in switching power supplies, inverters and other inductive switching circuits. Its package would be DPAK (Pb-free) and its shipping would be 2500 tape & reel.

MBRD340T4G has four features. (1) it would be available for Pb-free packages. (2) It would have extremely fast switching. (3) It would have extremely low forward drop. (4) platinum barrier with avalanche guardrings. That are all the main features.
