MBI1816

The MBI1816 is designed as one member of the all-ways-OnTM constant-current LED driver that can be used in automotive Interior Lighting and channel letter and decoration lighting. This device provides users 16-channel constant current ports to match LEDs with equal current and is designed to operate with VDS ranging from 0.4V to 1.0V considering the package power dissipating limits.
