MB89PV820 series is a line of single-chip microcontrollers using the F2MC-8L* CPU core which can operate at low voltage but at high speed. In addition to an LCD controller/driver allowing 200-pixel display the MB89PV820 contain a variety of peripheral functions such as timers, a UART, a serial interface, and an external interrupt. The configuration of the MB89820 series is therefore best suited to control of LCD display panels.
