The MAX713CSE+T is designed as one kind of NiCd/NiMH battery fast-charge controller device that can be used in battery-powered equipment and portable consumer products applications. And this device terminates fast charge by detecting zero voltage slope and can be configured as a switch-mode battery charger that minimizes power dissipation.
