The M54/74HC365 and the M54/74HC366 are highspeed CMOS HEX BUS BUFFER fabricated in silicongate C2MOS technology. They have the samehigh speed performance of LSTTL combined withtrue CMOS low power consumption.
All six buffers are controlled by the combination oftwo enable inputs (G1 and G2) ; all outputs of thesebuffers are enabled only when bothG1 and G2 inputsare held low, under all other conditions theseoutput are disabled to be high-impedance.
Theseoutputs are capable of driving upto15LSTTLloads. The designer has a choice of non-invertingoutputs (HC365) and inverting outputs (HC366). Allinputs are equipped with protection circuits againststatic discharge and transient excess voltage.HC366
