Description

The M74HC123RM13TR is one member of the M74HC123 family which designed as the dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with silicon gate CMOS technology. It has two trigger inputs, A input (negative edge) and B input (positive edge)--valid for slow rising/falling signals, (tr=tf=l sec).All inputs of this device are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

Features of the M74HC123RM13TR are:(1)pin and function compatible with 74 series 123;(2)wide output pulse width range:tWOUT=120 ns to 60 s over AT Vcc=4.5 V;(3)wide operating voltage range:Vcc (OPR)=2V to 6V;(4)balanced propagation delays:tPLH = tPHL;(5)symmetrical output impedance:|IOH| = IOL = 4mA (min).
