DescriptionThe LM1117MPX-ADJ is one member of the LM1117 family which is designed as the 800 mA low-dropout linear regulator that can be used in (1)2.85V model for SCSI-2 active termination; (2)post regulator for switching DC/DC converter; (3)high efficiency linear regulators; (4)battery charger; (5)battery powered instrumentation. This device offers current limiting and thermal shutdown and is available in LLP, TO-263, SOT-223, TO-220, and TO-252 D-PAK packages.
