KA8503

The KA8503 is a telephone low voltage speech network which includes mic amp,transmit amp,side-tone amp,receive amp.It handles the voice signal performing the 2/4 wire interface and changing the gain on both sending and receiving amplifiers to compensate for line attenuation by sensing the line length through the line current.

Features of the KA8503 are:(1)adjust sending and receiving attenuation length; (2)mute function; (3)side tone balance network constitution; (4)low voltage operating; (5)AC impedance matching; (6)uses in inexpensive components(5 capacitors and 10 resistors); (7)uses a minimum of external components.

The absolute maximum ratings of the KA8503 can be summarized as:(1): line voltage(3 ms max)(VL) is 22 V; (2): forward line current(ILF) is 150 mA; (3): reverse line current(ILR) is -150 mA; (4): power dissipation(PD, Ta is 70) is 1 W; (5): operating temperature(Topr) is -40 to +70; (6): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to +125.
