The JTMP04030-XXXS is a high performance 4 bit LL microcontroller desinged to be used in applicaitons where low voltage operation is required. The JTMP04030-XXXS integrares a high-performance CPU, memory(static work RAM,DATA RAM, program ROM), LCD driver ,and multifunction timers on a single chip.
