The HMC389LP4 & HMC389LP4E are GaAs InGaPHeterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOswith integrated resonators, negative resistancedevices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers.Covering 3.35 to 3.55 GHz, the VCO's phase noiseperformance is excellent over temperature, shock,vibration and process due to the oscillator's monolithicstructure. Power output of HMC389LP4 & HMC389LP4E  is 4.7 dBm typical froma single supply of 3V @ 41mA. The voltage controlledoscillator is packaged in a low cost leadless QFN 4x4mm surface mount package.
