The Hitachi HM628128 us a CMOS static RAM organized 128-k word x 8-bit. it realizes higher density,higher performance and low power consumption by employing 0.8 um Hi-CMOS process technology. It offers low power standby power dissipation;therefore, HM628128   is suitbale for battery back-up systems. The HM628128 , packaged in a 525-mil SOP(460-mil body SOP) or a 600-nil plastic DIP,or a 8 x 20 mm TSOP with thickness of 1.2 mm, is available for high density mounting. The TSOP package is suitable for cards, and reverse type TSOP is also provided.

HM628128  has many unqiue features: the first one is high spedd . The second one is low power. The third one is  single 5 V supply. The forth one is completely static memory. The fifth one is equal access and cycle times. The sixth one is common data input and output.The seventh one is directly TTL comatible,etc.Otherwise, threre are also some asbolute maximum ratings about it. Voltage on any pin relative to Vss(VT) is -0.5 V to 7.0 V. Power dissipation(PT) is 1.0 W. Operating temperature(Topr) is 0 to 70.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to 125.Storage temperature under bias is -10 to 85.
