The HLMP-2670 is designed as one kind of LED light bars with high efficiency red. HLMP-2670 is offered in single-in-line and dual-in-line packages that contain single or segmented light-emitting area.
HLMP-2670 has seven features. (1)Large area, uniform, bright light-emitting surfaces. (2)Select from six package styles. (3)Choice of three colors. (4)Categorized for intensity and color. (5)X-Y stackable. (6)Easily driven with ICs. (7)Alternate source for popular backlighting components. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of HLMP-2670 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation per LED chip would be 135mW. (2)Its peak forward current per LED chio would be 90mA. (3)Its average forward per LED chip pulsed conditions would be 25mA. (4)Its DC forward current per LED chip would be 30mA. (5)Its reverse voltage per LED chip would be 6V. (6)Its storage and operating temperature range would be from -40°C to +85°C. (7)Its soldering time at 260°C would be 260°C for 3 seconds. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of HLMP-2670 are concluded as follow. (1)Its luminous intensity would be min 13mcd and typ 45mcd with test conditions of If=20mA and it would be typ 50mcd with test conditions of If=60mA. (2)Its forward voltage would be typ 2.0V and max 2.6V with test conditions of If=20mA. (3)Its peak wavelength would be typ 630nm. (4)Its dominant wavelength would be typ 626nm. (5)Its capacitance would be typ 45pF. (6)Its reverse voltage would be min 6V. (7)Its thermal resistance would be typ 150°C/W. And so on.
