      The HD6805W1 is designed as an 8-bit microcomputer unit (MCU) which contains a CPU, on-chip clock, ROM, RAM, standby RAM, an A/D converter, I/O and two timers.HD6805W1 is a member of the HD6805 family which is designed for user who needs an economical microcomputer with proven capabilitiles of the HD6800-based instruction set.
      HD6805W1 has many features.The first one is 8-bit architecture.The second one is 96 bytes of RAM.The third one is memory mapped I/O.The fourth one is 3848byted of user ROM.The fifth one is internal 8-bit timer with 7-bit prescaler.The sixth one is internal 8-bit programmable timer.The seventh one is unterrupts - 2 external and 4 timers.The next one is 23 TTL/COMS compatible I/O lines; 8 lines directly drive LEDs.The next one is on chip clock circuit.The next one is self-check mode.The next one is master reset.The next one is it would have low voltage inhibit.The next one is easy for system development and debugging.The last one is that it would have 5 Vdc single supply.That are all the features.
