HD6805T2

The HD6805T2 is an 8-bit micromputer unit(MCU) which contains a CPU on-chip clock. ROM.RAM.I/O.timer.and the PLL Logic for an RF synthesizer.It meets the need of users who needs economical single chip microcomputer with the proven abilities of MPU instruction set of HD6800.
